You may complete your behavior support plan for your chosen child in one of two formats, a narrative format or a table format. You can choose whichever format you prefer. Reference the content in the videos and the resources provided to you in the last three weeks to inform your thinking as you develop your behavior support plan. Remember, you want to keep the function of the behavior in mind when developing preventive strategies, replacement skills and adult responses. (Note: Indicate the child’s name, not yours, on the behavior support plan you develop).

NOTE: Do not complete this assignment until you have watched Gary Huff’s mini lecture on “Developing and Implementing the Plan.” The video will provide you with the information that you need to complete the last section of a Behavior Support Plan; identifying new responses to when the challenging behavior occurs and when the replacement behavior/skills is used.
