This is a bit exaggerated but essentially is what you are trying to accomplish in this one-page document.

Overview of the company and problem — this is your background and should be very succinct.
What the solution you recommend considers and contains — this is where you will present the solution and it needs to be briefly supported with research and a strong understanding of how this solution will solve or correct the problem.
