1 = You have identified needs and developed goals and objectives based on those needs. The next step is to design instruction. Your task this week is to create an instructional plan that best fits your organization and addresses the learning goals and objectives. The end product, which you will upload here for your classmates to critique, are two to three lesson plans (see Exhibit 8.4) for training sessions/modules related to your overall program. You also need to identify how you will assess learning. Add a section at the end of each lesson plan that outlines how learning will be assessed.
2 = Create a transfer of learning plan for your training program. Use the information in Exhibit 9.2 as a guide when planning actions before, during, and after the training program to ensure transfer of training.
3 =Read case study 9.2 (found in Chapter 9 of the textbook), then respond to the following:
What judgments can you make about the ethical culture of this organization? What can this organization learn from the events that transpired in this case study? Identify drivers that could promote ethical change in this organization and explain how those drivers could be implemented.
