2 = Read case study 4.3 (found in Chapter 4 of the textbook), then respond to the following:
Describe what you think would be a positive, successful, ethical outcome of each performance review. Address the following in your description:
outline what tactics could be used to improve the reviewer’s ability to give feedback
use emotional intelligence guidelines to analyze the reviewer’s approach
what immediacy behaviors might the reviewer use to improve the feedback process
CHAPTER 5 AND 6
3 = What does power have to do with planning programs, and is power a more important consideration when developing ethics training?
What are three to five educational needs of your organization in relation to ethics? Link these needs to organizational effectiveness. These will be included in the program you develop.
4 = Last question 3, you identified organizational learning needs in relation to ethics. You will share the first (and perhaps most important) building block of your ethics training program, the program goals and objectives. Your task is to develop one to two program goals, five to seven learning objectives, and one to two operational objectives for your program. The Organizational Ethics textbook covers personal ethics, interpersonal ethics, leadership/followership/group ethics, and organizational ethics. You should have at least one learning objective related to each of these topics.
