One checklist has already been done, use it as reference to more or less what the checklist for Article II should look like. Once you have complete the checklist, theres a “short” response question that is actually supposed to be a “long response”. Make sure to answer it. When you answer it, make sure to: restate the “question”, evaluate both arguments, specific evidence should be included and cited, elaborate as well (you are free to make references), make sure to also include the significance of that piece of evidence, and tie it together. Theres no order to put any of this in, you should just make sure atleast somewhere in your writing, everything is there.
