1. Summarize the facts of the case in your own words. Assume that the reader has no knowledge of the case and that you are tasked with explaining the concepts.
2. Respond to the following:

1. 1. Based on the criteria for a ‘Fitness Hearings for Juveniles’ address whether these cases are suitable for transfer to the adult court system. Why or why not?
   2. Include the criteria that the court has to use to stipulate the reasons to retain the case in juvenile court and/or transfer to the adult system.
