I need a comprehensive business plan to incentivize investors to provide capital via a loan. It can be any type of business. The income statement should be pro-forma but should illustrate the previous years financial condition and how the loan would utilized (e.g purchasing a fixed asset that would decrease cost of goods sold and thus generate higher gross profit). I am vey busy and don’t have the time to do it so I would appreciate the help. I will be presenting on this business plan so I would like to know what business/ industry you choose early on. I will attach the relevant documents.

Side note from instructor regarding income statement: “Hello everyone. The attached file is a sample Income Statement for your BGMT 308 Business Plan. It shows one way to calculate revenue and COGS, but you don’t need to go into such detail; you can just make up some numbers for each category. The key factor is that you show how the loan impacts your income statement.”

You can see he listed 4 years but you would only need two- the previous year and the projected year which would include the loan.
