Review your organization. Where do you see leadership or vertical development of the employees and capacity building for the organization? List the various development opportunities and the capacity building interventions within your organization. Show the alignment, if any, between the development and capacity building that is taking place. How is this being assessed throughout the capacity building process? 8-10 pages not including title and reference page.

Developing Capacity Building Assessment
This assessment aligns with the competency for this module: Students will research and explain organizational capacity and how to assess capacity of a business or organization.
