This assignment is an academic paper written in two parts (see below). This assignment should be written professionally. You can think of this as being hired as a cultural humility consultant contracted by an agency to improve their cultural sensitivity and responsiveness. It should incorporate academic literature and utilize APA formatting.

Part A: Cultural Competency Agency Assessment

Your assessment should include:

The completed tool for cultural competency and/or cultural humility that you used to assess your agency. Select one of the instruments for agency assessment from National Center for Cultural Competence at Georgetown University. You can also find another tool independently, but this needs to be approved by the instructor.
Summarizes themes across the responses to the assessment tool that reflect areas in which the agency is doing well, supporting the principles of cultural humility and areas where the agency can improve. Provide examples to demonstrate these themes. (this should be 1-2 pages)
Provide a concluding paragraph that draws on the themes identified in your assessment and identifies an area that will be focused on for Part B – the Intervention Proposal.
