Having chosen your company let me know, review the company’s website and annual report (usually found on the website under “investor relations”), and use these and the text and lecture material to write your report, hitting on the following points. Write in complete sentences and full paragraphs. In some cases, a quick search (using Google is fine) may be needed to get some additional information.

–How much revenue and profit did it earn in 2022, 2021, 2020?

–Who does it compete against?

How “global” is it (chapter 1)

–In what countries other than the U.S.A. does it operate?

–What does the company say about its ethical policies?

–Does the company refer to its stakeholders? If so, who are they?

Multi-culturalism and business (chapter 3)

–What statements in the Annual Report or website reflect the culture of
the U.S.A.?

–How might the company’s basically U.S. culture make it challenging to do
business in a collectivist culture such as Japan?

Political, economic and legal aspects of other countries (chapter 4)

–How corrupt or free of corruption it is.

–What sort of legal system it has, and how similar you think it is to ours.
