What I am really interested in are your thoughts on the case. Although we don’t study Italy specifically, you will have a fairly good grasp of the court system there after reviewing the material.

4. If Amanda Knox’s conviction was ultimately upheld on her appeal, do you believe the U.S. should have extradited her? Why? (5 points)
