Public Diplomacy

Greece is the country for the plan. Will be a point of view from either a U.S. public diplomat in Greece or Greece officer in U.S.. If a U.S. diplomat in Greece then areas of issue that are gonna focus on in that country. If foreign officer in U.S. then 4 areas of issues that will focus on in that country. I am thinking the four issues can be regional issues, economic, mutual understanding – cultural relations/greek community, and

Audience: Who is your target audience? Be specific, such as college-aged adults between 19-24 that attend colleges in country X

Behavior: What behavior are you trying to promote, influence, or persuade? Such as spreading Liberal Democratic ideals by having this group attend US Educational Institutions.

Content: What will be the core argument to persuade this group? Attending US Educational Institutions leads to better careers and better lifestyles.

Delivery: How are you going to spread this information? By sending a group of US College Professors to tour designated cities in Country X and having them provide lectures in various fields of study.
