Develop foreign correspondence to expand your network. Identify a global marketer with whom you would like to make a connection. We can define a global marketer as someone that works either directly or indirectly with another culture or cultures, in a domestic or international setting and who practices cross-cultural communication in a strategic and consistent fashion. In the event, you cannot identify a global marketer, find someone who is in your desired career that you would like to incorporate into your network. The focus of this work is to build a bridge (network) throughout the course.

This week we will concentrate on expanding your network. Write a 1-page (200-300 word) essay that answers the following questions:

• What do you seek to accomplish through this network?
• Who do you identify as a person who can be an investment and can help you in a strategic or career way?
• What does this person represent that can help you accomplish your goals?

The essay is to include a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. Recognize that readers are like audiences, consumers, and networks. They need to be fed clear messages consistently and competently.
