here is format and instructions for annotated bibliography:
The format of the annotated bibliography should include no more five informative sentences whereby readers learn what behavior or construct is under investigation. This construct must be consistent with topics that would be considered with cognitive and educational psychology and stem from our readings. If a given annotation refers to a research article, these sentences must showcase what behavior/construct was studied among what participants for what reason using what measures. The final sentence should share the findings. Bear in mind that the goal is to highlight key points rather than be exhaustive in one’s review of a given study.
If a given annotation refers to a general overview of the literature (as reflected in the
Annual Review in Psychology articles on the syllabus), the characterization of the construct or
behavior should be shared with specification of the main points raised by the author(s) about that
construct or behavior. These points should be shared in an informative (e.g. “The authors raise
three points about how digital games should be designed for instruction, one of which is that the
games be developmentally appropriate for their audiences.”) rather than descriptive only (e.g.,
“The authors raise three points that need to be considered when designing digital games for
children”).
Also, in regard to the references, all references require an annotated bibliography to be included not just references, see example of one below for reference to help you: both APA 7th edition and annotated bibliography: example:
Conboy, B. T., & Thal, D. J. (2006). Ties between the lexicon and grammar: Cross-sectional and longitudinal studies of bilingual toddlers. Child Development, 77(3), 712-735.
The authors examined the link between grammatical capabilities and vocabulary development across languages used by bilingual children. Participants were 64 children ages 20 – 30 months who received exposure to both Spanish and English for at least 10 hours per week. Most children were Latino. Children’s language skills were assessed using the English and Spanish versions of the MacArthur Communicative Development Inventories. Findings indicated that growth in both Spanish vocabulary and cross-language conceptual vocabulary were related to growth in Spanish utterance length. Growth in English and Spanish sentence complexity also was positively correlated with same-language vocabulary size, but not with conceptual vocabulary size. The authors attributed the participants’ grammatical ability to word development in the same language, and not to lexical-conceptual vocabulary development or maturation.
