This current 10- K should have a date of this year or the prior year since all publicly traded companies still in business must file a 10-K annually.
Answer the following questions and attach your company’s most current 10-K to the 1.1 Discussion Assignment. Items A-G can be written as bullet points, but be sure to cite the sources for your information.
- Name of the company, the year it was founded, and what industry it is in;
- Its symbol (abbreviation) on the New York Stock Exchange;
- Its current ranking in the Fortune 500, if applicable;
- Identify its current list of executives;
- The total number of employees;
- The revenue, gross profit, and net profit; and
- Provide the company’s web address.
