The United States statistical numbers has increased in the past 15 years due to social media, and the advancements in cell phones or the usage, also with televisions or laptops. Much of this contributed to the increase amount of time a person utilizes or search for information this enhances screen time around 31and half hours weekly (Parvanta,2010). Much of this averaged through ages/ or generation’s because how convenient it has become to society. Schools systems make it very essential for students to rely on the screen for research due to the speed of finding the information needed for a particular curriculum. However, there still many that choose to rely on the researching in a library in books, maps and etc. Furthermore, all generations are still entertained or rely on the radio for the weather, news or any world order information -but there has been a increase to all to rely on social media for information in there communities, state or the federal government (Parvanta,2010). However, France has used many of the social media platforms offered that increased its usage for business’s, political the most popular a that are being used are Viadeo and LinkedIn, and Facebook. Viadeo is a Social Media Club that has been targeting certain markets for its growth. There needs to a recognition the important role how social media, T.V. (commercials or advertisement) does to each induvial in all countries and the diverse complexity of how it is affecting/ or structuring our lives today and the future. There is many different data sets, survey items, and multiple measurement tools, including ethnography, for interventions, and to reach throughout communities. (Parvanta,2010). According to the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health(2010) the Black, Latino, and Asian-American citizen significantly more involved with media than White youth (NIH,2010). The communities that are affected due to lack of surveillances/ parental guidance by a parent/ some form of authority, has increased the utilization of media. Environment plays a significant role due to the possible get away from their personal environments as a form of entertainment/ or stress reliever. Communication practitioners is to have a consistency of information that has been published in journals, textbooks and articles to avoid inconsistency within many different organizations by having it reviewed and cleared centrally (Parvanta,2010). The campaigns need to be creative to attract many generations to their organizations. Public health officers need to assure the population with aligned credibility with the research for individual to rely on.
