Prior to beginning work on this discussion, you will review Chapter 8: Compensation and Incentives, Chapter 9: Benefits and Benefit Administration, as well as the webpage What Are the Components of a Comprehensive Total Rewards & Motivation System? Your task is to complete the Compensation and Benefits activity. In this activity, you will make a selection from three candidate profiles and determine the compensation and benefits that will be offered to each of them. Discuss your reasoning for the candidate you selected.

List the five benefits you selected to be included in this employee’s total rewards package.
