PROSPECTUS
To prepare:
Now that you have written your Premise, your next task toward your dissertation is writing a Prospectus or road map to your dissertation research. Your Premise will be used to provide a chair for your dissertation committee toward the end of the next quarter. Review the Dissertation Prospectus Guide, the Summary document, and the Critique/Analysis document. Create a plan of action that will allow you to gain the information needed over the next quarter to complete the prospectus during the quarter you take your prospectus course with your chair.
Consider any pointers, tips, or ideas your classmates might find useful in preparing for this next step.
BY DAY 3 OF WEEK 11
Post the following:
Two pointers, tips, or ideas you believe might be useful to you or your classmates in preparing for this next step of writing your Prospectus with your chair. Please ensure the suggestions you post were not previously posted by other classmates. (The Instructor will compile a list of the suggestions shared by Day 4.)
BY DAY 5 OF WEEK 11:
Read a selection of your classmates’ postings.
Respond to at least two of your classmates:
Provide suggested considerations and comments on classmates’ proposed plans of action with suggestions or additional considerations that might be useful to them.
