However, as the practice has grown, it has become necessary for the secretary to focus on the financial and organizational needs of the practice. There is now a need for a person to serve as a receptionist, the first person to interact with the patient either by phone or in-person.

Prepare a Job Description, using standard format, for the position that will be the person to receive call from patients, make appointments and will greet and process the patients that are seen in the office.
