Assume the role of a leader at your indicated organization (from your PPT)
Select one of the frameworks or another framework which aligns to our chapter readings and is applicable to your research
Explain what/how to implementation steps for organizational change/s
1. What is the change you are proposing?
2. What steps will you take to ensure the change is successful and how will you implement them? What specific tools will be used (if any)? Provide details to support your proposed change.
Note: do not state a theory without providing how the change will be executed.
