Some Medications the patient takes:

Tylenol 650 mg every 4h

Potassium Chloride (oral) 40mEq

Apixaban (Eliquis) tab 5 mg oral

Famotidine (Pepcid) tab 40 mg PO

Some abnormal lab results:

– Potassium 3.2

– Creatinine 0.56

– Red cell count 2.69
