Academic Report Guide (Cooperative)

The report must be submitted within two weeks after the completion of your cooperative training program.
In addition, the report should be approximately 3000-4000, single-spaced and take into account the following format:

Font size 12, Times New Roman, justified, space 1.5.
Headings use font size 16 and bold.
Add page numbers at the bottom center of the page.
Plagiarism or copying from other sources will result in zero marks.
This report must be submitted on Blackboard (WORD format only) via the designated folder.
Your work must be presented clearly and completely; Marks may be reduced for poor presentation. This includes filling out your information on the cover page.
