To properly use the annotated bibliography as a tool for our 4th essay, we need to go back through the research sources we’re planning on using in the actual essay and plan out what we’re going to use. This assignment will help us find material to quote and paraphrase in the 4th essay.

Requirements:

I will pass out a hard copy of the Citation Planner Download Citation Plannerin class on Tuesday. You can also download a fresh copy here. We are going to work on this assignment extensively in class, but in short, you need to:

• Fill out the topic, research question, and thesis section at the top.
• Identify the 5 sources you want to use in the essay
• Fill out the first two boxes in each row with bibliographic information
• Read through the sources again
• Identify the parts of each source you plan on citing as either paraphrase or quotation
• Jot down some notes on how each source will help you make your argument

This short assignment is a bit longer than others, and will be in our to-do list for two weeks. It will be due either in hard copy on November 21st, alongside the scaffold, or online on November 26th, alongside the draft. This will be your choice
