Explain the purpose, features, advantages, disadvantages, sample populations, and examples in business research of TWO of the four qualitative research designs listed on the Module Homepage that are used in business research (i.e., Case study; Process Improvement, Action Research, and Descriptive study).

Explain TWO data collection techniques of your choice (e.g., interviews, focus groups, qualitative questionnaires, document analysis, archival records, secondary data, etc.).

If you were to conduct research, which qualitative research design and which data collection technique would you prefer to use and why?
