The Thorpebury community development plans to construct 4,500 new houses, a new town centre with supermarkets and community facilities, two local centres with shops and services, a new primary school, provisions for a secondary school, sports facilities, open spaces, play areas, allotments, and sites for travelers. The project will cost £596 million and is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2029.

The construction company you work with is developing new homes and supermarkets. The pre- contract costs have been prepared by the QS department of your construction company, and the focus is now on post-contract cost control. You are to produce report addressing the following:
