Imagine you had the opportunity to run the nonprofit organization of your dreams. What would its mission be, and whom would it serve? This week, you draw on the various topics you have been studying throughout the course to build a leadership plan presentation.

For your Final Project, you will give a 10- to 15-slide presentation that provides the following:

The name of the organization and its mission, vision, and purpose.

An explanation about why you are the best choice to lead this organization. Include:

Your leadership style

• Strengths and growth opportunities for the organization
• The theory of leadership that you think resonates most with them and the organization

A description of the roles of your staff, including:

• A plan for mentoring/coaching
• A plan for managing the board
• A description of the regulatory environment. What are the main regulations all staff must be aware of and adhere to (e.g., HIPPA, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)?
• A list of potential collaborators and partner organizations in your community.

A description of the expected local and global impact of your organization on a new organization.
