1.Select a Community-Based Public Health Intervention Program.
2.Discuss the mission of the organization responsible for implementing the program.
3.Identify the program’s short- and/or long-term goals.
4.List 4 SMART objectives for the program. Please note that you will be working with this in a future assignment and the objectives must be well-defined by the program—not by you.
5.Gather as much information about the program as possible since the remainder of the Session Long Project will focus upon information specific to the program.
6.Identify and briefly explain the considerations that would potentially guide evaluation planning for the health/social program that you selected.
Identify and discuss the various stakeholders in your program evaluation and note their respective interests. What negotiations are likely to follow between you (as the evaluator) and these entities?

1.Present the evaluation questions you would pose and some data collection questions you would ask to answer those evaluation questions; then discuss the specific data collection methods you would use to answer these for the purposes of your hypothetical evaluation.
2.Summarize this information in a table, with the evaluation questions in one column, corresponding data collection questions in the next, and methods in the third.
