Proposal Guidelines
Proposal Guidelines (100 Points) Assignments for this class include writing a training proposal and a PowerPoint presentation. A training proposal documents the rational and goals of proposed training along with details such as audience, instructional strategies, budget details, etc. A well-written proposal is both concise and compelling. Remember that the goal of a proposal is to sell your ideas to senior management and obtain the resources you need to implement your program. The final proposal must be 5-7 pages in length and no more! When SELLING your proposal, it needs to be concise and to the point, anything longer will cause your audience to lose interest. Points will be deducted if it contains more than seven pages, not including the title page and reference page. References will be used to support any research done in proposal development. Although you would not likely submit references with a proposal this keeps the exercise academic and allows you to develop further skills in research. *No budget will be submitted due to time constraints.
