Identify training needs for IT staff and other employees on new apps and systems.
Develop a training program that includes periodic updates and assessments.
Implementation and Financial Planning (Member 4):

Prepare a detailed two-year budget considering all necessary resources and potential challenges.
Ethics and Compliance Considerations (Member 5): Research and outline ethical considerations in IT operations, particularly data privacy, ethical use of AI, and customer information management.
