8 . What are the characteristics of standardized tests? How would a school psychologist use the instruments?

9. What is the average range in terms of standard score, percentile rank, z score, T-score, and scaled (subtest) score

10. How can you explain to a parent when a child’s intelligence score in preschool was much higher than when he was tested in 3rd grade?

Community Assignment: Plan for Your Community to Increase Physical Activity

This is an assignment for you to develop a plan for YOUR community that increases physical activity. Make it personal and relevant for the community you live in.  This plan needs to be 500 words minimum.  Please read the attached articles before developing your plan.   It is mandatory to use information from the articles in your plan. The information will help you validate your ideas.  You will have a minimum of 30 points deducted if there is not information from an outside source.

Your plan needs to include:

• Plan to include your ideas on how to increase physical activity in your own community.
• At least three ideas to increase physical activity
• Sources need to be cited within text and under “References” in correct format

• Goals/ideas need to be clear and measurable.
