The introduction part must highlight the following.

• Brief description of the selected organization.
• Complete description of the knowledge management system of the selected organization.
• Major tools and techniques used by the organization to capture and disseminate knowledge.
• How Knowledge management helps the selected organization in achieving its goals efficiently and effectively.
• Write down the major challenges faced by the organizations in Saudi Arabia to implement knowledge management systems.
