The VP has requested you to prepare an analysis breaking down what they need to do to transform their website and the AdTech channels they use to be compliant with these new laws.
Prepare a 3-page report with the following information:
A description of what the two regulations cover in territories inside and outside of California and Europe and potential issues for the company posed by the regulations. Be sure to address these key issues:
What kind of data can be collected?
How the company should manage the data and consumer rights under these regulations?
Equitable (not ethical) collection, management, and use of any user data collected, especially from diverse demographics. Consider at least two factors in your analysis such as shaping content, reducing algorithmic bias, device use, and ad targeting. Provide advice on best practices on how the collected data could be used to benefit the reading audience.
