Instructions This week, you will use the case study scenario to effectively plan how the team will apply the Five Scrum Values (Commitment, Courage, Focus, Openness, and Respect) as a best practice for Scrum adoption. Given the specific goals and objectives described in the case study scenario, determine what type of plan would best support the team in meeting those outcomes. Prepare a presentation that will be used in an upcoming team meeting. Be sure your presentation includes the following: For each of the five Scrum values, describe what the specific value is, how the specific value applies to the case study team, and how each value will be specifically implemented and assessed through iterative monitoring. Compare and contrast the Scrum values to the value systems used in two other agile frameworks. Describe why adhering to these values is a best practice for Scrum adoption and what specific stakeholder benefits occur as a result.
