Choose Day/Time (the event is 4 hours)

Choose an Event Theme/Reason, with Outcomes.

• Example: Spring Fling, for Credit Union employees

Choose a Buffet Menu from Roots Catering (Attached)

Make sure you included Dessert (you can use any bakery you would like, make sure you state what the dessert is and the name/location of bakery) & Beverages

• Example: Spring Buffet $44.50per person++ (plus Tax & Gratuity)
• Dessert $5pp++ (Crave Café)
• Beverage $3pp (Roots Catering-non alcoholic package)
• Tax is 8% and Gratuity is 20%.
