5.) At the conclusion of your paper, you must include a buy/sell/neutral recommendation regarding your company’s stock. 

• Your recommendation is based on the results of your research.Utilize the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAP M) to determine if the company’s stock is underpriced, overpriced, or fairly priced.

6.) This paper must be written in APA style and on a level reflective of a professional MBA student. All financial figures MUST be listed or converted into U.S Dollars.

Financial Research Paper Summary List

Project Outline (suggested):

a. An overview of the corporation

b. The latest financial statements

c. A summary of each financial statement

d. Ratio analysis

e. Comparison of ratios with industry averages (find industry averages online)

f. Discussion of key statistics provided by sources like Yahoo finance.

g. A graph of historical stock prices (5 years of monthly data recommended) 

h. Other information pertinent to the corporation that could affect its future performance and stock price. This could include its dividend policy, its capital structure, bond ratings, expert opinions, new projects, litigation, regulation, etc.

1.Recommendation regarding the future of this corporation. Is the stock a good buy, average buy, or a poor buy (implying a good sell). Include justification based on your analysis and research.
