The goal of this presentation is to explain how you envision project management within the startup. Your presentation should address the following questions: • What are the organizational process assets (OPAs) and how do they influence project management? • What are the enterprise environmental factors (EEFs) and how do they influence project outcomes? • What are the roles, scope, spheres of influence, and limitations of the project manager? • What are your recommendations for establishing project management within the company? • What are some recommended principles, standards, and methods that should be adopted?
