Let’s keep this discussion in line with your project! In your sourcing paper, you must select a supplier, partly by using the using the vendor questionnaire you are developing for this week’s HW assignment (but due by the end of week 6 if you need more time). What will be the most important factors of who you will purchase your hydraulic cylinders from? Will you be visiting their plant and what will you be looking for? What will you be looking for in a vendor/ partner? From a “global” perspective, do you see any special challenges souring from another country (Juarez MX).
