Executive Summary – Provide an overview of the key FINDINGS from the report (this is not an introduction) [200 words]

Introduction – Purpose of the report and the main areas to be covered. Brief company background and its business model [300 words]

Internal Strategic Value Adding Activities – Identify and discuss key primary and support activities that are reliant on Information Systems. Examine to what extent they are value adding for the company [2,000 words]

External Strategic Value Adding Activities – Identify and discuss the way information systems are or could enable important links to external partners, organisations, etc. [1,000 words]

Conclusion – Clearly summarise how this value chain analysis establishes whether the company achieves competitive advantage. Do you think your company seems to gain competitive advantage through the value chain analysis? If yes, how? If not, why? [500 words]
