o Discussion about the main topic of the lecture-seminar

Summarise and discuss the key concepts on ‘Stress Management for Learners’, covered in the lecture-seminar.   Refer to L3-A & B Stress Management for Learners and L3b (Supporting Material) – Stress  Management for Learners (300 words)

Analysis of the case study during the lecture-seminar.  (As per your group discussion): – its already done in the ( Assinment text group Discussion.txt)

Reflect by analyzing in details the case used during the lecture-seminar.   Organise your thoughts based on the following tasks: (300 words)

 o Recommend suitable solutions that will improve the time management skills of students.

 o In each recommended solution, provide implications or expected effects to students.

o Reflect by emphasising the influence of your team in resolving the case’s issues.
