service supply chains can be challenging for many reasons. For this paper, you are going to act as a Director of Operations at an HVAC company that is getting ready for summer (also known as “Cooling Season.”). As the Director, you oversee Supply Chain function, Operations (dispatch teams), and the Technicians. This means you are responsible for both the labor and the sourcing of parts/equipment.  

You have been asked by the owner to put together a strategy that will deliver growth and ensure customer satisfaction through the summer months.
