Patient scenario: Hispanic Male 39 years old Chief complaint: “Lifting large boxes is part of my job, and I feel like I could have torn something. My back aches so much that I can’t even sit or stand for long periods of time. For more than seven days, this has persisted.” Diagnosis: Acute pain related to trauma During my clinical experience that lasted over three weeks, I have learned to manage my patients better while facing various diseases. The opportunity to witness a wide range of problems has piqued my interest in the clinical sector. Throughout my clinical experience, my preceptor has been diligent, patient, and supportive. This week, I felt more confident in using what I had learned in class, which made it a better week overall.
