Instructions:

1. ECM Tool Evaluation: Research and evaluate a ECM tools available in the market. Consider factors such as scalability, integration capabilities, security features, and user interface. Include a recommendation for the best-suited tool for a real or hypothetical organization.

2. Implementation Plan:  Develop a step-by-step implementation plan for introducing an ECM system into a specific industry or organization. This should cover aspects like data migration, user training, and change management strategies.

Create a PowerPoint presentation- maximum 20  slides presenting your findings.  The presentation should also include the definition of Enterprise Content Management,  discussion about the impact  of Knowledge retention process and its importance in organizations.
