Hospitality Question

Creating an annotated bibliography will allow you to begin collecting sources and information for your course project.  An annotated bibliography is a list of citations to books, articles, reports, web data, etc. that includes a summary and evaluation of each source in terms of its content and usefulness for your project.  Each cited source should be followed by one or two paragraphs that assesses and evaluates the source.  The annotated bibliography resources you read this week will provide information on how to do this as well as examples.  Once you have reviewed this information, build an annotated bibliography that contains at least five sources.  Begin each source by providing a proper APA citation of the work.  Then, add one or two paragraphs for each citation that address the below bullet points.  Each of these items will be addressed for each of the five sources.

Briefly summarize the key theme of the article in your own words.

• Evaluate the overall quality of the information in the article, is it reliable and authoritative?

Comment on the intended audience.

• Compare or contrast the source with another source you have cited.
• Explain how the information will be useful for your project.
