Write a 3 to 5 page paper reflecting on the key concepts of the course, your team project, your leadership style, and areas for growth.
The paper must include:
1. Reflection on what you learned about yourself, over the course of this quarter, in relation to your capacity to demonstrate leadership. (0.5-1 page)
2. Descriptions of 2-3 leadership models/theories presented in the course (cite course materials). The selected theories should directly apply to the actions proposed/undertaken by your team, OR theories that could have applied to improve individual/team performance. In other words, the selected theories should have direct application to your and your team’s actions/vision. (1 page)

Discussion/reflection on your individual and team performance through the lens of each of the models/theories identified (cite course materials and specific detailed accounts of your individual and team performance). Reflect on what you and your team did WELL as it relates to each of the theories, as well as areas of growth for yourself and for your team as a whole as they relate to those concepts. (1 -1.5 pages)
4. Define your vision of leadership and leadership philosophy. Reflect on your principles for developing relationships, achieving goals, and resolving conflicts.
