You will need to prepare a summary report (3 pages) that includes the following sections:

Identify the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.

Analyze current workforce competencies and identify gaps based on labor, technology, or market trends.

Forecast future talent needs based on organizational strategy.

Include references for any data cited in APA style. You may include charts and graphs, as appropriate.
