Steps:
1. Choose a sport governing body. It may be national or international.
2. Conduct a BIBGIS assessment of your chosen organisation (and you MUST include your workings in an appendix.)
3. Choose ONE out of SEVEN good governance “dimensions” and critically examine what could be done to improve the governance of the organisation. (800 words for the main body of your written task)
Recommendations for the main body of the assignment (800 words)
Include a very short introduction in which you present the organisation and you explain the overall BIBGIS result. You can use a figure to present the overall BIBIGIS score as it does not count towards the word limit
Make sure you explain the dimension you have chosen. Explain the governance problems you found under that dimension very briefly, and focus on examining what needs to be done to improve the governance . Bear in mind the way the assignment is written. We are not asking you to explain at length what the governance problems are. We are asking you to examine how to resolve those problems and improve governance.
