Case Assignment

The assignment requires research and attribution and cannot be based on opinion or personal experience. The goal is to provide an overview of “Diversity and Intercultural Communication in the Workplace” by providing the following: 

a. Start by using the  APA 7th Template  for this Assignment. 

b. Introduction: Provide background information about the company you work for and develop a purpose statement to show the reader what will be discussed in this paper.

c. Define and discuss organizational diversity and its importance to organizational success (cite sources and support your work).

d. Provide examples of how diversity is essential to a positive work culture and environment (cite sources and support your work).

e. Define intercultural communication and its impact on the organizational work environment (cite sources and support your work).

f. Provide examples of how intercultural communication can help improve organizational success at your company (cite sources and support your work). 

g. Conclude by restating the purpose statement, summarize the findings of each section, and then wrap up into a final thought.

h. An APA7-formatted references page. (Use provided APA 7 Template or see examples at APAstyle.org).

Assignment Expectations

· The minimum length requirement for this Module SLP Assignment is 4 full pages (excluding Title and Reference pages). Include 3 scholarly sources. 

· Provide an APA-formatted title page. Use the  APA 7th Assignment Template . 

· Include an introduction, a body using 3 scholarly sources cited to support your work, and a conclusion that aligns with your purpose statement, summarizes each section, and then wraps up into a final thought.

· Provide an APA7-formatted References Page. See  APA 7 “References”  section. 

· Upload your paper to the Case Dropbox before the assignment due date.

· Proofread your work.
