Introduction
This exercise will test you on your understanding of individual behaviors and characteristics and how best to motivate employees based on specific scenarios and organizational reward systems.

Instructions
You have taken the emotional intelligence (EI) assessment and the 16 Personalities test (similar to the MBTI) at this time. Reflect on your emotions and your own personality based on these results – make sure you explore all options (read more sections) for these assessments. It may be a good idea to consult with a coworker or mentor on your scores to see if they agree with your self-perception or if they see aspects of your individual characteristics differently. Spend time on both the assessments and consider what you are doing as well. Once you have completed this portion of the assignment, reflect on areas you could improve. Develop a quick plan as to how you will work to develop these specific areas.
Once you have looked at your strengths and weaknesses, look at your contribution to the organization. How can your feedback on these tests be used to make the organization better. Put simply, how you can use these self-awareness tools to your benefit by getting a more desirable salary/bonus package or be promoted to a more desirable position in the organization?
