LDR499 Contemporary Issues in Leadership

Within your small group, identify and finalize an international leadership issue, conflict/topic. The issue should be outside of the United States, but it can be having an impact on the US (United States). Look at the media coverage of the issue, sides represented, data, leadership decisions etc. You can change your focused area based on what you initially decided but be aware of other topics selected by groups.

(My group and I selected Shein(China) for this topic) 

I want you to focus on the social media ads part like (Super Bowl temu, etc.)

Research: Look at the media coverage about the topic/situation and evaluate how the leaders involved are approaching it. Things to ponder: Are they successful? Who defines their success or failure? What are the sides if there is conflict? How is the culture in the chosen country differ from the U.S.? What Ethical Lens? What are the key points to share of what is going on? What should we know about it? What action can people take on this issue? Include details but not excessive data. Analyze the organization using the Four Frames Model. A chart is attached to this document. As the leaders of this organization show how you would solve this conflict using all four frames of the model.
