- What advice would they give to someone starting a new job?
- Plus any 2-5 additional questions that you have related to their experience with working. Feel free to address questions specific to the job or career path.
- Write a 3-6 page essay that includes
- Background information of the person you interviewed (1 paragraph) – first name, age, job/career, and any other important background information.
The answers (2-5 pages) to the questions you asked. You can write it in the form of a transcript or in a narrative.
- A reflection (1 page minimum) on what you learned.
- How did the answers given reflect theories or concepts you learned in the reading? Please use a minimum of 2 concepts or theories discussed in the readings about the development of middle adults to support your arguments. Please highlight or bold the names of the theories or concepts.
- Were you surprised by any of the answers they gave?
Did it make you think about them, their job, or your own job/career path differently?
- What are one or two things that you want to remember as you move forward in your own job or career path?

Please use 1 inch margins, double-spaced, with a legible font. You do not need a title page or page header.
